Today, children in Year 5 and 6 set up and ran stalls to sell the products that they have been making over the past few weeks. All of the products were created from recycled materials and reflected the topic for this term, Eco-warriors.
Children were each given £5 to invest in the purchase of any additional materials, paint, glue, eggs, bags, etc on the understanding that the £5 is repaid at the end of the project. The children get to keep any of the profit that is made on the sale of items.
Well done to everyone in Maple, Beech and Walnut for their brilliant creative ideas and entrepreneurial spirit.
